Callgentic (formerly CareLoops) is operated by 711 Web Services LLC. This page sets out
exactly how someone comes to receive a text message from us, what we send, and
how to stop - the whole consent experience, in one place.
Who sends these messages
711 Web Services LLC, a company registered in New Mexico, USA, trading as Callgentic (formerly CareLoops).
Messages are sent from +1 854 227 3566 and +1 858 225 5436 (858-CALL-GEN).
They go only to people who have asked Callgentic to text them, using the number they gave us themselves.
How people opt in: by telephone
This is the main way, and it happens during a call the person places to us.
The caller dials +1 854 227 3566. The assistant answers and says it is Callgentic.
It asks what to call them, and asks them to choose a four to six digit code. They speak it or tap it on the keypad, and it is read back to confirm.
Before the call ends the assistant offers to text them a link that opens their assistant. The caller has to agree. The exact words are: "Would you like me to text you a link to get started?"
Only if they say yes do we send anything. The first message is the one shown below.
Nothing is sent to a number that has not been through this.
How people opt in: by messaging us first
Someone can text +1 854 227 3566 themselves, from the number they want us to use.
Texting us first is consent for us to reply to them on that number, and nothing more.
They are asked for their code before the assistant will do anything with their account.
